Follow the instructions of the installer. Remember to back up your game folder beforehand! Now browse for MassEffect.
I'm just another gamer who installed the mod and loved the results, and since I see questions here on the forums about how to install the texture pack and make the necessary tweaks, I thought posting it in a single thread would be helpful. I am not the author of the texture mod and I did not write the below instructions.
